Car
From Inverness, take the A9 north over the spectacular Kessock Bridge and follow the road to Ullapool, a vibrant ferry and fishing port. From Ullapool, enjoy the fantastic coastal and mountain scenery on the 50 mile drive to Kinlochbervie.

Alternatively, go north from Inverness on the A9, crossing the Kessock and Cromarty bridges, and take the road to Bonar Bridge and Lairg from the roundabout on the south side of Dornoch Bridge. Kinlochbervie is clearly signposted from Lairg and is approximately another 45 miles through rugged terrain and single track road.

Dalcross Airport, outside Inverness, is the nearest airport, withscheduled flights to London, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Bus
Bus services on the west coast are largely seasonal. Buses run from Inverness bus station to Kinlochbervie and back every day in summer. This service does not run in winter. Ther are trains which go to Lairg and a post bus that will take you on to Kinlochbervie and this service is available throughout the year.
